About the particle beams - couldn't you just have a charged hull, then the beam would be repelled? Or you could even divert it into your own particle accelerator and shoot it back at 'em
I tried some when I was backpacking, it was pretty great, but I can't get it in Denmark... if any sifters could help me out with shipping, I would really appreciate it (PM me plz!). I bet the smell would be very nostalgic
